Tony Fisher is a determined, creative individual who has developed a highly acclaimed reputation for producing superior, high quality imagery. He is an expert in Photoshop editing, image manipulation, and image restoration. He is also conversant with traditional darkroom techniques. He has excellent interpersonal, persuasive and communication skills.
He has had his photographs printed in many photographic publications, book illustrations and magazines: The English Countryside (Daily Telegraph), Art in Village Halls (Arts Council England) and Country Life. His music photography has included work for Fairport Convention and Richard Thompson CDs/booklets.
His work has been shown in many exhibitions including solo and group exhibitions in art galleries, museums, art trails and the commercial sector all around the country.
As an advocate for disability he has been an artist representative for The Arthouse, Wakefield for over 10 years.
Recently he has taken the voluntary position of events Art Coordinator for M.A.D.E. an Art Cafe in Alfreton, Derbyshire.
Over the years he has given Keynote speeches at The Lowry Centre, Salford; Angel Row Gallery, Nottingham and Erewash Museum, Derbyshire and has done talks about his work.
He has also produce many film works over the years including A CLEARING IN THE WOODS for Channel 4 TV.
